Documentary film: In Search of the Valley
In Search of the Valley is the story of three friends' personal journey into the psyche of Silicon Valley, in which they swapped London for California for one month in September 2004. During the trip they clocked up over 3,000 miles visiting and talking to many of Silicon Valley's heavy-weights, as well as those of a more personal interest.

CHICAM Intranet
CHICAM is conceived as a form of 'action research'. It will generate a range of original data that will provide new insights into the experiences and perspectives of migrant and refugee children; and it will also provide innovative, evidence-based models of educational and cultural practice involving new media of communication. I have developed a web application that allows videos produced by the children to be viewed and discussed across time and space - allowing the 7 countries involved to communicate and work collaboratively.

Moving Words: an Open University e-learning research project
Commisioned by the Open University, Moving Words combines HTML and Flash to deliver a rich learning experience: delivering INSET for teachers as well as providing an activities resource for use with students. The project was short listed for a BETT award in 2002. My role was to oversee and deliver all technical aspects of the web site as well as to advise on new technologies and potential ways of transforming learning.
